You may choose to cancel your contract with 30 days’ notice and receive a refund for unused services unless otherwise outlined in your engagement letter with Windsor.
Although Windsor attempts to achieve 100% accuracy, we take the possibility of quality infractions very seriously and will make every effort to achieve 100% accuracy.
In case of serious quality issues, which require you to redo the work, or outsource it to another vendor, you will receive a full refund. For minor quality errors, we commit to rectifying them within 48 hours.
Any charges made in error will be credited back to you or adjusted against your next invoice.
